AlineStack provides AI automation solutions and B2B systems development services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

AlineStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlineStack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
